Get past the small talk
Do you tend to think you are good at small talk? Possibly you, never have had a problem approaching a girl you believe is good-looking and start talking about the weather, jobs, likes/dislikes, hobbies, etc, etc.

Problem could be you don’t know where to go after the small talk. How do you delicately ask a girl out after you’ve chatted for a while? Do making proposals and inviting someone out bother you? It is hard to learn how to go past the small talk.
